Program Philosophy

Seattle Prep volleyball is annually one of the top performing teams within a deep and talented Metro League.  The Panthers program aims to build strong-minded young women across each of the program's three teams, varsity, junior varsity and freshmen.

Meet the Program Head

Zoe Haywood  works on campus as the Assistant Director of Student Life and Athletics. She developed her passion for coaching high school sports through multiple years coaching volleyball and basketball at Seattle Prep, Puget Sound Adventist Academy and Chief Sealth International High School. Haywood served as an assistant volleyball and girls basketball coach last year.  


She has an undergraduate degree from Western Washington University and a Masters in Sports Business Leadership from Seattle University. A decorated former athlete, she played collegiate basketball and was a 12x letter winner in the Metro League, playing volleyball, basketball and tennis at Chief Sealth.
