Boys' Cross Country

Program Philosophy

The Seattle Prep cross country program aims to create lifelong runners who through thoughtful training and hard work can appreciate all that distance running has to offer. We are open to all Seattle Prep students whether they have had previous running experience or not. Our goal as coaches is that all athletes will take pride in hard work and discipline as runners and people throughout their career.

We have had great team and individual success over the years, including placing top 4 at the state cross country meet 18 times, winning the metro league 13 times, and having many top 10 individual finishers at the state meet. In addition Seattle Prep Cross Country has consistently had one of the largest teams in the Metro league.
