Panther for a Day in-person visits for prospective 8th grade students: Visits are by appointment only through the admissions portal.

Open House at Seattle Prep for prospective students and families.

Deadline to register for the High School Placement Test (HSPT) at Seattle Prep (Testing with accommodations registration deadline is November 12)

Tuition Assistance Scholarship Information Night 
This online webinar informational workshop is held for parents about the Seattle Prep Tuition Assistance Scholarship. The workshop includes topics such as how to complete the application process, what materials are required, and where to send the requested materials.

Deadline for submitting 2027-2028 Tuition Assistance Scholarship applications (must be submitted to SSS)

Deadline for Applications to the 9th Grade for 2027-2028 school year.

Please note: You must submit your online application by the 8:00 AM January 5 deadline! All completed applications on file at Seattle Prep by this date will be processed together and determinations mailed on February 11, 2027. Applications submitted after January 5 will be reviewed and processed on a space-available basis. It is, of course, in the student’s best interest to meet this deadline. 

February 1, 2027 
Deadline for submitting 2026 W-2s and other supporting documentation for Tuition Assistance Scholarship applications (must be submitted to SSS). The 2026 Schedule C or equivalent is due for self-employed individuals. 

February 11, 2027 
Admissions determinations mailed to prospective 9th graders whose applications were completed by the January 5 deadline.

February 23, 2027                                                                                                                                                                             
New Panther Night accepted student event. 

February 25, 2027                                                                                                                                                                            Deadline for enrollment (This fee will reserve a student’s place in the Seattle Prep Class of 2031.)
