FULL YEAR COURSES:
Collegio
Collegio is an interdisciplinary course that integrates English, Social Studies and Religious values. The first two years of the program are coordinated to cover a broad historical study of the human experience, and to assure the development of solid academic skills.
English: Composition & Literature

Algebra, Intermediate Algebra, or Honors Algebra Trig

SEMESTER COURSES:
Theology
One semester of the study of Catholicism including sacraments, prayer, liturgy and faith
Health & Exercise Science
One semester of Exercise, Fitness, Biomechanics, Play, Game, Sports, Motor Learning, Mind/Body
Other
Washington State History is offered as an independent study course to those who did not fulfill the requirement in middle school.

A third year of a language is highly recommended. Honors Spanish students may take UW Spanish 103 junior year.

*Near the end of their junior year, students must decide whether to continue on to Seattle University in the Matteo Ricci College - Form II or return to Seattle Prep for a fourth year of college preparatory studies. To be admitted to the program at Seattle University, Seattle Prep students must:
a) meet all academic requirements and financial obligations at Seattle Prep
b) have successfully completed their first three years at Seattle Prep with a minimum GPA of 3.0 and
c) be accepted by Seattle University. Note: Seattle University limits the program to 35 Seattle Prep students.
GRADE 12 at SEATTLE PREP:
Seniors taking no AP (Advanced Palcement) classes are required to take a minimum of six classes each semester; students taking one AP class are required to take a minimum of six classes one semester and five classes one semester; students taking two or more AP classes are required to take a minimum of five classes each semester.

Senior Seminar: All seniors take a one-semester integrated course second semester: Disease and Social Responsibility, Economics, Ecology and Ethics, or Themes in Literature: Reconciliation. Senior seminar may be used for either English, Theology, Social Studies, or elective credit depending on the course selected.
