Fr. Fitterer, SJ Endowment
We are grateful for Fr. Fitterer’s 38 years of service at Seattle Prep and decades in Jesuit education including time at Gonzaga Prep, Seattle University and the Jesuit Novitiate. Fr. Fitterer always wanted to be a teacher and feels lucky to be at Prep. “Our faculty, staff and administration and student body is without equal.”
The Fr. Paul Fitterer, SJ Endowment was established by his friends several years ago to provide tuition assistance to young people who need it, as young people are at the center of Fr. Fitterer’s ministry. When asked about growing his endowment to support more of these young people, Fr. Fitterer blessed the idea with his signature thumbs up.
“We have so much to offer here today,” says Fr. Fitterer. “And we’re so lucky in the students that we have. I’m grateful to the people who share my love of education and Seattle Prep.”
