Boys Cross Country

Program Philosophy

Welcome to Seattle Prep Cross Country. The Seattle Prep Cross Country programs aims to create lifelong runners who through thoughtful training and hard work can appreciate all that distance running has to offer. The Seattle Prep Cross Country program is open to all Seattle Prep students whether they have had previous running experience or not. Our goal as coaches is that all athletes will take pride in hard work and discipline and will take great pride in their improvement as runners and people throughout their career.

The Seattle Prep Cross Country program has had great success over the years, including placing top 4 at the state cross country meet 18 times, winning the metro league 13 times, having many top 10 individual finishers at the state meet and over 20 runners competing at the collegiate level. In addition Seattle Prep Cross Country has consistently had one of the largest teams in the Metro league.
